How long does UK delivery take?
Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Standard UK delivery takes 3–4 business days. See Shipping & Delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
UK delivery is free on orders over £49. Below that, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If you have an account, tracking is also in your order history.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched we will do our best to change or cancel it; once it has shipped, you can return it instead.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags and original packaging. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal and the express payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
How do I find my size?
Our base layers are true to size and designed to sit close to the skin. Compare your measurements with the size guide; if you are between sizes, size down for a snug base layer or up to wear it on its own.
Which merino weight should I choose?
165gsm for summer and active sports, 190–200gsm for everyday layering, 250gsm for most winter activities and 320gsm for deep cold. See the merino weight guide.
How do I wash merino wool?
Inside out at 30°C or lower on a wool cycle, no fabric softener, then dry flat. Never tumble dry. More tips in our care guide.
