Everything about getting your merino to your door: rates, timings, tracking and what to do if something goes wrong.
Delivery rates

Rates depend on your delivery address and the service you choose. The exact cost and the estimated delivery date are always shown at checkout before payment.

Estimates are given from the point of dispatch, not from the moment you order. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the day you place it.
Order processing
- Orders are picked and packed on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and a dispatch email once your parcel leaves us.
- During sale periods and the run-up to Christmas, processing can take a little longer. We will keep you informed by email.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you have an account, tracking is also available in your order history.
Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or the tracking has not moved for several days, contact us with your order number and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
If we miss the agreed delivery date, or 30 days have passed since you placed your order, you may contact us to agree a new date or to cancel the order for a full refund.
Returns
Not the right size, or not what you expected? Our Refund Policy sets out how to send it back, who pays return postage, and how long refunds take. Every MerinoTech item is also covered by our guarantee, and you can register your purchase to extend it free of charge.
