Meine Merino-Hose hat bei der zweiten Wäsche kleine Löcher bekommen. Ich habe mich daraufhin an Merino-Tech gewandt. Dora vom Kundenservice war äußerst freundlich und hat mir umgehend eine Ersatzhose für die beschädigte sowie zusätzlich noch schöne Merino-Socken gesendet.

Die Kommunikation war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. So einen exzellenten Kundenservice findet man wirklich selten!

I bought the Women's Merino T-shirt 180 Burgundy Crewneck for my high school age daughter before heading out for an 8 day PCT section hike. I was nervous, buying for a teenager is tough, but she loves it. The fit is as described in the sizing charts, the colour is beautiful. It is comfortable and versatile. She wore it every day on the trail. I also bought the Men's Merino Wool Half Zip Hoodie 190 for myself as a mid layer. Great fit and function. Just what I was hoping for. The last thing that made me nervous was shipping time as I ordered just before our trip. The shipping arrived ahead of schedule, days before the date range provided. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased.

Almost didn't purchase because I did not see an extra tall option. The detailed sizing chart did indicate a 2X would fit.. the fit of the 2X army is excellent and true to the sizing chart. Normally 2X are baggy under the arms and back.. the fit is smooth. I also liked the crew socks.. don't normally wear crew socks because they always autumn down on me or gouge me. These crew socks are nice fuzzy and they stay put without hurting me.. I would appreciate if the product labeling is improved. It's hard to gauge what you receive from what you ordered..

Had an issue with shipping, but we eventually found the items. Merino Tech sent a full refund, which I need to send back to them. Good job taking care of the clients Merino Tech

Found a small defect in one item. The exchange was easy and new item was promptly received.

Bought shirts for travel purposes to try and reduce what I have to take. Tested one. Wore it for 4 days straight. Walked the dogs on 90° days, worked out, and had husband smell them. Smelled like my deodorant. And I sweat a lot! Extremely pleased. They look and fit well.

Great sale price on the women's tanks and very easy return when I decided another size would work better. Highly recommend and will be wearing these alot this summer!

We got the Men's and women's 250 set. Fit great, just washed them and they dried fast. That will be helpful in Iceland when we are on the road. Liked so much we ordered more.

Been buying long sleeved tops, bottoms and socks for a few years and have found them to be consistently comfortable in any weather - hot or cold, wet, windy or dry. Great for layering, excellent moisture wicking and everything drys quickly. Also stands up to many repeat laundry sessions. It's a bit pricey, but the quality makes that tolerable - I just shop the sales!

I would recommend the midweight for active men as three of our party members found the weight perfect for constant stop and go skiing and snow hiking. The heavyweight option however was more enjoyable for my mom who runs colder and appreciates the extra heat.

I’m loving this for Travel. I bought this for a cruise along the Norwegian coast in over to Svalbard. The wool is soft, comfortable, warm, and I can wear it for several days without worrying about washing. I love this.
