Snug from waist to ankle, so they wick properly and do not bunch under trousers or salopettes. They are true to size; check your waist and inside leg in the size guide.

Turn it inside out and machine wash at 30°C or lower on a wool or delicate cycle with a wool-safe detergent. Skip fabric softener, dry it flat or on a hanger and never tumble dry.
