Both pieces should sit close to the skin without restricting movement, because a base layer only wicks sweat when it touches you. The top and bottoms come in the same size; if yours differ, use the set builder. See the size guide.

Turn it inside out and machine wash at 30°C or lower on a wool or delicate cycle with a wool-safe detergent. Skip fabric softener, dry it flat or on a hanger and never tumble dry.
